CUSTOM EQUIPMENT PROTECTION
Custom Fabric Bellows & Equipment Protection
We manufacture custom fabric bellows, protective sleeves, and equipment covers based on the dimensions and requirements of individual applications.
Whether you have an existing damaged cover, equipment measurements, or an early concept, we can review the project and discuss practical manufacturing options.
Why Protect Exposed Components?
-
Support Maintenance
Reduce direct exposure that can contribute to wear.
-
Limit Exposure
Help shield vulnerable components from debris and contamination.
-
Fit the Application
Design around available clearance, movement and attachment points.
Custom Protective Products
-
Fabric Bellows
Expandable protective covers designed around equipment movement.
-
Cylinder Rod Covers
Covers intended to help protect exposed hydraulic components.
-
Protective Sleeves
Custom textile sleeves for rods, hoses, cables and related applications.
-
Special Applications
Other machinery covers assessed using drawings, measurements or samples.
Materials Matched to the Job
Material and construction options are assessed according to abrasion, temperature, moisture, flexibility and exposure requirements. Suitable options depend on the application and must be confirmed before production.
Common Questions
Can you work from an existing damaged cover?
Absolutely. An existing cover, even if it's worn or damaged, can be a great starting point. We can use it to understand the original design, measurements, materials, and attachment methods.
We can also work from photographs, sketches, or measurements if the original cover is no longer available. Where appropriate, we can recommend design improvements to better suit your equipment and operating conditions.
Can the cover be installed without removing equipment?
In most cases, yes. We can design covers with removable closures, straps, or other attachment methods that allow installation without major equipment disassembly.
The best approach depends on your equipment, how it moves, and the conditions it operates in. We'll review your application and recommend a practical solution that balances protection, accessibility, and durability.
What information is needed to quote?
To get started, we typically need a description of the equipment, dimensions, the type of protection required, and the quantity you're looking for.
Photographs, drawings, or an existing sample are helpful but aren't required for an initial conversation.
Don't have all the details yet? That's okay. Tell us what you're trying to protect and the problem you're experiencing. We can help determine what's needed to move forward.
Let's Build a Solution Around Your Equipment.
Tell us what you need manufactured, how it will be used, and approximately how many units you require.
You don't need a finished technical drawing to start. A description of your project is enough for an initial review.
If you have photographs, sketches, drawings, or an existing sample, mention them in your description. We can arrange to review supporting materials after we respond.
We'll assess whether the project fits our manufacturing capabilities and contact you to discuss any missing information and the next steps.
Submitting a quote request does not place an order or commit you to production.
